Due to its popularity, there are normally long queues to use the facilities.
Your ticket will give you priority entrance, so you won’t have to wait in line.
Swimming suits covering the whole body (e.g. burkini) aren't allowed. Swim caps are mandatory in the swimming pool, but not in the other pools.
• Towel and swimsuit are available for rent or purchase at the spa
• All pools are mixed and accessible to both men and women
• Please kindly note that is forbidden using the pools in clothes that are dangerous for public health, water quality and safety due to their size. Pools may be used only in knee-length and shoulder-length swimming suits
• If you would not like to use the drop-off service, a refund cannot be provided
• From 7th until 13th May the outdoors 36°C leisure pool, outdoor Finnish sauna and the belonging dipping pool is going to be closed due to construction works

Everyday 09:00 - 22:00. Last admission is at 18:00.
