We made a great choice hiring Welcome to take us around Madrid. Our driver, Joshua, was interesting and intuitive about what we would like to see and his lunch suggestion was perfect. We only had one free day, and we were able to make the most of it on this day tour. The scenery was breathtaking and the shops were incredible. Next time we are in Madrid, we will definitely hire Welcome, again, for another tour.
Cesar was our tour guide for a half day Barcelona tour. He arrived on time and was full of facts about all the sights we were seeing. What do you do when you have only a few hours and want to make the most of them? At the end of a cruise, we had to be out of our cabin by 8:00 am. But our flight from Barcelona wasn't til 4. What to do with the time in between? And what to do with our luggage. We contacted Welcome and set up a private half day tour with a transfer to the airport. We were met by Cesar who took us to the places we'd missed the previous day, then to the airport with plenty of time. Cesar was professional, competent and humorous. The Mercedes van was clean, airconditioned and comfortable. It was a great value for the limited time we had.
