Suggested Itinerary

Leave the city behind and head into the Argentinian countryside with a relaxing private ride through one of the world’s largest river deltas. After pickup from your accommodation, travel in comfort along the Río de la Plata toward the elegant northern suburb of 2San Isidro. Stroll through its charming cobblestone streets and admire the striking neo-gothic San Isidro Cathedral, along with historic mansions once owned by Argentina’s aristocratic families. Visit the Museo de Arte de Tigre and enjoy a traditional cup of mate by the river, taking in the peaceful atmosphere of the area.

Continue onward to 3Tigre, where you’ll embark on a scenic delta cruise. Glide past stilted houses and gain insight into daily life in the delta, where residents rely on floating markets and waterways for transportation and supplies. As you navigate the canals, spot notable landmarks lining the riverbanks, including Sarmiento’s historic home and museum, while exploring the laid-back town of Tigre from the water.

After your time in the Tigre Delta comes to an end, your friendly driver will take you back to your accommodation in Buenos Aires, allowing you to relax after a day immersed in Argentina’s natural beauty and local traditions.
