Suggested Itinerary

Begin your day with a comfortable pickup from your accommodation in Catania and enjoy a scenic drive through lava-shaped terrain toward Mount Etna.

Your first stop is 1Mt. Etna South Crater (Silvestri Craters). Walk along the volcanic cones, take in the stark black lava fields, and observe the unique landscape shaped by Europe’s most active volcano.

Continue to 2Zafferana Etnea Village. Known for its local honey and artisan products, this charming stop offers time for a short stroll, tasting local specialties, and enjoying sweeping views toward the Ionian Sea.

Next, travel to 3Taormina Old Town & Greek Theatre, the elegant hilltop town of Taormina. Enjoy free time to explore the historic Greek Theatre, wander along the lively Corso Umberto, and take in panoramic views from scenic terraces overlooking the coast.

Before returning to Catania, pause at 4Isola Bella Viewpoint & Walk, the Isola Bella Nature Reserve. This picturesque islet, connected to the mainland by a narrow strip of sand, is ideal for photos, a short walk, or simply admiring the crystal-clear waters below.
