We wanted the company's half-day Barcelona tour customized a bit for the four of us, plus a pick up at the our hotel and a drop off at our cruise ship in the nearby port. We were able to arrange all quickly & efficiently with the office staff & everything was just as promised. Our guide, Fernado, was extraordinarily educated and well-prepared. All morning we felt as he was a friend traveling with us, tailoring direction and information to our interests. With all of the superlatives on TA, clearly this is a company one can trust. Toledo is such a beautiful city with vibrant colors, we loved it and what made the experience even better was Juan. He was very friendly and funny, he knew many interesting facts and suggested the best places to visit in Madrid for the rest of our trip, thanks Juan!

I highly reccommend this company. We have been to Madrid several times and we wanted to see some sights that aren't your typical tourist attractions. Our driver and guide Aitor arrived at our hotel right on time and took us on a wonderful half day tour. He took us to places we never would have found on our own and he was so knowledgable. It was a very enjoyable morning and Aitor got us to our plane with plenty of time to spare.

What do you do when you have only a few hours and want to make the most of them? At the end of a cruise, we had to be out of our cabin by 8:00 am. But our flight from Barcelona wasn't til 4. What to do with the time in between? And what to do with our luggage. We contacted Welcome and set up a private half day tour with a transfer to the airport. We were met by Cesar who took us to the places we'd missed the previous day, then to the airport with plenty of time. Cesar was professional, competent and humorous. The Mercedes van was clean, airconditioned and comfortable. It was a great value for the limited time we had.
