Of course! That is one of the main benefits of having a Welcome experience. You can customize every last bit of the experience, from points of visit to time spent per landmark to adding in an extra food stop.

An official tour guide is not included because the overall experience is centered around the driver and the local’s perspective. Although the drivers are very knowledgeable regarding the points of visit, at no point can they be compared with a licensed tour guide who can give more in depth information regarding historic facts and information. If you would like to include an official tour guide in the experience please let us know via email after the booking is completed. However, we believe the "Santorini by Night" experience does not need a tour guide to be fully enjoyed.

Hey there! Just a quick note: our transfer pickups are set within the city (usually from a Hotel or residential address) to make your journey smoother. But no sweat! If you're arriving at an airport or port, you can book a transfer to the city center and share your transfer number with our support team so that we can combine the two, and we'll ensure a seamless transition to your destination so that you can start a great sightseeing ride. Let's make your travel experience a breeze!

Absolutely! All our private Sightseeing Rides can start and end right at your cruise ship port. Your driver will be waiting at the arrival area holding a sign with your name, and we always ensure you’re back well before your ship departs — completely stress-free! Just make sure to leave your cruise ship’s name in the comments section when booking, so we can track the correct port for pickup.

Important Note for Old Port of Fira:If your ship arrives at the Old Port of Fira, you’ll first need to take the cable car up to the main town. After a short 2-minute walk, your driver will meet you at the designated pickup point.

Yes, you’re absolutely welcome to bring your luggage along during your experience. Just make sure to mention the number of suitcases in the notes section when booking. This helps us assign the right vehicle so everything fits comfortably and there are no issues on the day.
