What is the duration of the tour?
Most tours take 1 hour but in major towns and cities they are often longer, up to 2 hours and longer.
Are tour buses very frequent?
Yes. In major towns and cities, in the summer time, the bus frequency is approximately every 10-15 minutes. Obviously, in winter time, the frequency is reduced.
Can we join the tour at any stop?
Unless otherwise stated on your voucher, as some locations have a central point to exchange your e-voucher for your bus ticket such as London – then yes you are able to board the bus at any stop on the route to begin your tour.
Where are the stops? How can I find them?
Wherever possible bus stops will have some sort of signage; the size of the signage will vary from one tour to another however in some cities we are prevented from having bus stop signage by the local authorities. In these cities there will be clear instructions in your tour brochure and the local driver / staff will be happy to assist you.
If I purchase in advance do I have to take the tour on a given day?
You have 3 months in which to exchange your e-ticket in your chosen location. Tickets can only be used in the specific location that they were purchased for and are not transferable.
Can I cancel my tickets?
This a non-refundable booking, as the confirmation email also includes the voucher for on-boarding your bus.
What happens after I book?
