How much does it cost?

Adults (12 - 64 years old): €30 / tickets

Senior (65+ years old) / Disabled (people with > 33% disability): €25

Children (4 - 12 years old): €16

What's the cancellation policy?

This a non-refundable booking, as the confirmation email also includes the voucher for on-boarding your bus.

What happens after I book?

Is Welcome Pickups the direct supplier of this service?

Good to know before go?

Bus frequency varies by season - it falls between 6 and 15 minutes

Each route takes approximately 2 hours

Ticket can be used only within the same day, from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm or 8:00 pm depending on seasonality.

The tour does not run on December 25 and January 01

Schedule: winter, from 9.00 am to 7.00 pm; summer, from 9.00 to 8.00 pm (all schedule information available at bus stops)

 

Can I use the Hop On Hop Off bus during the weekend?

Yes, the buses run seven days per week, from 9 am to 7 pm (8 pm in summer). Only on 25/12 and 1/1 buses are not operational.

Can I use the bus when I'm in a wheelchair?

Yes, the buses are adapted for wheelchairs.

Why should I use the Hop On Hop Off Bus?

Flexibility is the name of the game when it comes to the tour bus. You can do one entire route on the same bus, without hopping off at all, or you can hop off at every stop and spend hours exploring Barcelona on foot before getting back on to visit another stop.
