Continue toward 2Bell & Drum Tower Area, where towering wooden structures once marked the rhythm of the city. From this area, your Welcomer will describe how time was announced across Beijing before modern clocks and how this district served as a central social hub.

The experience then leads you to 3Shichahai Lakes, a picturesque lakeside area surrounded by traditional residences and local gathering spots. Here, you’ll notice a slower pace of life—residents playing games, walking dogs, and enjoying tea—offering a genuine glimpse into daily Beijing.
