Your adventure begins at 2 Presa de Chira, one of the island’s largest reservoirs, hidden away in the central highlands. Surrounded by steep slopes, pine forests, and wide-open skies, this tranquil setting offers a striking introduction to Gran Canaria’s wild and untouched interior.

Next, head further into the mountains toward 3Ayacata, a remote hamlet nestled among rocky outcrops and almond groves.
