    What happens after I book?

    Once you complete your booking you will receive an email with more details about the sightseeing ride (your Welcome driver, and any more information you need to know regarding this experience). Feel free to reach out to our customer service team at [email protected] for any specific questions regarding the experience.

    Will there be an official tour guide?

    An official tour guide is not included because the overall experience focuses on the local’s perspective. The drivers are very knowledgeable regarding the points of the visit but they cannot be compared with a licensed tour guide who can give more in-depth information regarding historical facts and information. If you like to include an official tour guide in the experience, please, book them at your own expense and include them as one of the passengers during the booking

    What is the cancellation policy?

    Any cancelation that is requested up to 24 hours prior to the operation time is entitled to a refund of 80%  

    In case of cancellation in less than 24 hours prior to the operation time or in case of no-show of the customer, you are not eligible for any form of refund. 

    Can i book my pickup from anywhere?

    Hey there! Just a quick note: our transfer pickups are set within the city (usually from a Hotel or residential address) to make your journey smoother. But no sweat! If you're arriving at an airport or port, you can book a transfer to the city center and share your transfer number with our support team so that we can combine the two, and we'll ensure a seamless transition to your destination so that you can start a great sightseeing ride.     In the summer months, the sun is especially strong (even on cloudy days) so we recommend that you wear a hat, sunglasses, and sunscreen to protect yourself. Also, be sure to drink enough water throughout the day to stay hydrated.

    • Please note that your Welcome Drivers are not licensed official tour guides and will not be accompanying you at the local attraction, you may however arrange through your own means a professional tour guide and even declare them as a passenger to be collected if needed from the same location you have requested as your pickup point upon booking
    • Your Welcome Driver will provide you with their local knowledge and personal recommendations between stops. Since your safety is Welcome’s top priority, please refrain from distracting the driver during demanding driving conditions.
    • Your Welcome Driver will drop you off and pick you up as close as possible to your stop whilst always respecting local traffic laws.
    • Entrance tickets to the archaeological park are not included in this tour's price. You must purchase them before or upon your arrival at the site.
