Upon arrival, explore the expansive  2Nara Park, where hundreds of sacred deer wander freely. Considered messengers of the gods in Shinto belief, these gentle animals have become a symbol of the city. Enjoy time to walk through the peaceful grounds, feed the deer (optional), and take memorable photos.

Continue to the magnificent 3Todaiji Temple, one of Japan’s most significant temples. Inside its enormous wooden hall stands the awe-inspiring Great Buddha (Daibutsu), one of the largest bronze Buddha statues in the world.
