• Saint Barbara's Church, one of the most famous Gothic churches in Europe which is in the UNESCO world heritage site.
• The Church of the Assumption of Our Lady and Saint John the Baptist, another UNESCO world heritage site which is a perfect example of the Baroque Gothic style.
• The Sedlec Ossuary, the macabre Roman Catholic chapel, decorated with human skeletons of nearly 70 000 people who were killed in wars or died from the plague. Here you will find the enormous chandelier containing at least one of every bone in the human body.
• Hradek Castle, a small castle with a colorful facade. It served as the former fort defending the town but later it was rebuilt as a place to live in.
• The Italian Court, a magnificent palace in Kutna Hora, a historic center of economic power which now is serving as a museum of coin mining.
• The Plague Column, a historic baroque style landmark built in the 18th century to remember more than a thousand people killed by the contemporary plague.
