Suggested Itinerary

Depart Queenstown on a full-day private journey along one of the world’s most scenic routes, traveling beside Lake Wakatipu and into Fiordland National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site known for its untouched wilderness.

Your first stop is 1Te Anau, a tranquil lakeside town where you can take a short break for coffee or snacks before continuing deeper into the alpine landscape.

Continue to 2Mirror Lakes, where still alpine waters create mirror-like reflections of the surrounding mountains, offering a perfect photo opportunity. From there, travel through 3Eglinton Valley & Knobs Flat, a dramatic glacier-carved valley framed by towering cliffs and native forest.

The route then leads through 4Homer Tunnel & The Chasm, an impressive engineering achievement that opens into a striking world of sheer granite walls and cascading waterfalls. Nearby, visit The Chasm to see how powerful water has sculpted the rock formations over time.

Your journey culminates at 5Milford Sound Cruise, famously described by Rudyard Kipling as the “Eighth Wonder of the World.” Here, you have the option to join a scenic cruise, sailing beneath Mitre Peak, spotting seals and dolphins, and experiencing the mist of towering waterfalls up close.
