Driving north from San José, the route passes through lush coffee-growing highlands. A brief pause offers the chance to enjoy sweeping views of plantations carpeting the volcanic hillsides. Optional purchases not included in the ride price.
Arenal Volcano Viewpoint

Hot Springs Resort
End your day with a relaxing soak in mineral-rich hot springs heated by geothermal activity beneath Arenal. Resorts offer a range of pools set in lush tropical gardens. Entrance ticket required and not included in the ride price.

Continue to 2Arenal Volcano Viewpoint, one of the best spots to admire the iconic cone-shaped volcano. Take time to enjoy panoramic views, learn about the volcano’s history, and capture memorable photos.
Next, head to 3La Fortuna Town, the lively heart of the region. Stroll through the town center, browse local shops, enjoy cafés, and experience everyday life beneath the shadow of Arenal Volcano.
Finish your sightseeing experience at 4Hot Springs Resort, where you can relax in naturally heated thermal pools surrounded by tropical greenery — a perfect way to unwind after a day of exploration.
At the end of your sightseeing ride, your Welcome Driver will drop you off directly at your accommodation or any central location you prefer in La Fortuna.
