You can visit all the places from the list or pick only the ones you like. Just inform your driver about your choice before the ride. During the stops you can do whatever you want: visit the landmarks, take pictures e.t.c. Take as much time as you want within the overall time limit of the trip.
Poás Volcano National Park
One of Costa Rica’s most famous natural wonders, Poás features an active crater with a steaming turquoise lake that’s visible from a panoramic platform. At over 2,700 meters elevation, the cool cloud-forest setting adds to the drama of this breathtaking landscape. Entrance ticket required.
La Paz Waterfall Gardens
A beautifully designed eco-park that combines five dramatic waterfalls with lush walking trails, cloud-forest gardens, and a wildlife rescue center. Visitors can encounter hummingbirds, butterflies, big cats, and more in an immersive natural setting. Entrance ticket required.
Coffee Plantation Stop (Doka Estate or similar)
These plantations, nestled on the fertile volcanic slopes, showcase Costa Rica’s coffee heritage. During the ride you’ll have a chance to stop, admire the endless rows of coffee plants, and visit the café or shop if you wish. Please note: this stop does not include a guided coffee tour or tasting, and no tickets are required for the basic stop. Any optional purchases are not included in the ride price.

Start your journey with a comfortable pickup from your accommodation in San José, where your English-speaking Welcome Driver will meet you and prepare you for a smooth and relaxed sightseeing ride into the surrounding highlands.
Begin with 1Poás Volcano National Park, one of Costa Rica’s most impressive natural attractions. Visit the crater area, admire the dramatic volcanic landscape, and enjoy panoramic views of the surrounding terrain when weather conditions allow.
Continue to 2La Paz Waterfall Gardens, a lush nature reserve featuring impressive waterfalls, rainforest trails, and diverse wildlife exhibits. Take time to explore the paths, enjoy the scenery, and experience one of the region’s most beautiful natural settings.
Next, head to 3Coffee Plantation Stop (Doka Estate or similar), where you’ll learn about Costa Rica’s world-famous coffee production. Discover traditional processing methods and gain insight into the country’s coffee heritage in a scenic countryside environment.
At the end of your sightseeing ride, your Welcome Driver will drop you off directly at your accommodation or any central location you prefer in San José.

➜ Pickup and drop-off are included from any centrally located hotel, apartment, or accommodation in San José. Your driver will meet you at the selected location and assist you before the ride begins.
➜ Airport and port pickups/drop-offs are not included in the standard sightseeing ride. If you need one, simply book an additional transfer for seamless service.
➜ Entrance tickets are not included. Your driver can advise you on ticket options and booking tips for national parks, gardens, and plantations.
