Overview

Take a day trip along the coast of Ibiza and visit the most beautiful beaches along the way.

During this experience, you will discover the stunning beaches of Ibiza which are appreciated both by the locals and the travelers. This experience will be even more special because you are free to customize your trip and choose where to go first and how much time to spend in each place.

On the day of the trip, the Welcome Driver will pick you up from your accommodation in Ibiza and give the complete tour in an air-conditioned, spacious car.  All Welcome vehicles are equipped with Wi-Fi, water and light snacks, to ensure you stay hydrated and comfortable during the tour. During your ride along the coast, you will have a chance to stop at the most picturesque locations and admire the wonders of the Spanish nature. Upon your request, it is possible to have lunch or dinner at the local restaurant, recommended by the Welcome Driver. At each stop, your friendly driver will answer all the questions you may have, share the local knowledge and more tips about each destination.

Description

Your day will begin with a personal pickup by your English-speaking driver from your hotel or apartment in Ibiza.

The driver will suggest the route of the trip with the best beaches that are worth the visit. Since this is a personal sightseeing ride, you can entirely customize the trip and choose where to go and how much time to spend at each location.

To get a better picture of what to expect, we briefly describe you the beaches that could be visited on you 'Half-Day of Ibiza Highlights-Best Beaches'

If you depart from the town of Ibiza, it will take 15 min to reach the first stop - Cala Jondal Beach. The beach combines both the beautiful natural surroundings (cliffs, pines, rocks) and the variety of restaurants and shops, so it is a pick for everyone. You will find crystal-clear waters, easy access to swimming, and all the necessary facilities there. 

After 20 min by car, you will see another fascinating beach - Cala d'Hort. Even though this beach is nearly two times smaller than the previous one, the natural setting, it no less beautiful. The foreshore is covered in soft sand and pebbles. Restaurants, lounges, and other facilities are provided here.

From Cala d'Hort you will head to Cala Tarida, a family-friendly beach covered in white sand. This beach is the longest of the three - it reaches 900 meters. There are many restaurants and bars, so you will always find something to eat or to drink. You can play volleyball there as well as learn how to dive.

 Just 5 km North from Cala Tarida is by far the most known beach on the whole island, Platges de Comte. Locals and travelers love this place because you will find everything there: crystal shores, stunning views of dotted islands on the horizon, sky-blue-colored waters, and all the necessary facilities. 

The final suggested stop is Cala Salada Beach. You will access this beach in 30 min ride from Platges de Comte. The beach is quite small - it stretches just 200 meters but its natural surroundings are breathtaking: you will find pine-covered hills, turquoise waters, and rocky cliffs.
