Your evening begins at 1Ban Jelačić Square, the vibrant heart of Zagreb and the city’s most important meeting point. Surrounded by historic buildings, shops, and cafés, the square is beautifully lit at night and offers a wonderful introduction to Zagreb’s evening atmosphere. At its center stands the statue of Ban Josip Jelačić, a national hero and key figure in Croatian history.

Next, visit the impressive 2Zagreb Cathedral, whose twin Gothic spires dominate the city skyline. Illuminated after dark, the cathedral becomes even more striking as its intricate architecture and towering façade are highlighted against the night sky. It remains one of the most important religious landmarks in Croatia and a symbol of the city.

Continue to  3St. Mark’s Church, located in the historic Upper Town. This iconic church is famous for its colorful tiled roof featuring the coats of arms of Croatia, Dalmatia, Slavonia, and Zagreb.
