Your private sightseeing car ride in Athens

Our driver Alekos was fantastic! He knew exactly where to take us and was extremely knowledgeable about Athens history and culture. He was very patient with an elderly limited-mobility family member, and geared our tour accordingly. His lunch recommendation was fantastic! Great view and food. He was even happy to stop at a pharmacy and grocery and gift shopping along the way. Alekos even translated at the pharmacy for us. We were in great hands and saw parts of the city we would not have seen otherwise.

Our driver/guide, Panagiotis, was very nice and accommodating. His driving was excellent and safe. He also provided us tips and information on the places we visited. He has an excellent luxury Mercedes van that we love so much. My family enjoyed the trip so much because of our driver and the vehicle and the snacks and water provided on the trip which made the trip exciting and very comfortable. I already recommended him and WelcomePickups to my brother who may plan to visit Greece again with his family sometime in the future.

Yesterdays tour to Corinth canal was perfect. Yianni our tour guide and driver was so nice and friendly and very entertaining. There was just me and theio. We got picked up from the flat on time. He provided croissants for snacks and nice cold water throughout the trip. He played beautiful Greek music there and back. Car was so comfy and beautifully air conditioned. First stop was the canal, at each stop he said you will find me here, toilets over there, go do your thing, take your time. Second stop was Ancient Corinth site, same thing there, then he drove to a winery a lil further out from the other winery's, he said it was nicer and his favourite. He came through with us and sat with us during the tasting session. We had so much fun. We brought 2 bottles of wine. That was my first ever winery/tasting visit. We left there and drove to our lunch venue, a little Taverna right on the waters edge. Perfect spot, it was all very incredible loved every second of it

We four women,ages 66-74, spent two perfect days on the best of Athens tour and The Visit Cape Sounion tour. Booking was easily done online. It is hard to find enough positive words to describe our 2 days with Alex. From the moment we met him, we knew we were in for a glorious time. We loved his passion for Greece, driving skills, boundless energy and enthusiasm, and extensive knowledge. He quickly learned how to pace our walks; He found the best places to eat and great views and overlooks. We saw so much, never felt tired or rushed, and loved seeing how his interactions with other drivers, guards,shop owners and restaurant staff got us great & unexpectedly efficient service. For instance, He asked the staff at a local tavern to open the door to the balcony so we could go outside. We always found great parking spaces in spite of crowds; and we learned much and laughed a lot. It was sad to say goodbye...He made our Athens trip magical and most memorable.
