Suggested Itinerary

Begin your sunset journey with a scenic drive across the 1Auckland Harbour Bridge (Drive-By & Views), as the skyline gradually glows and the city transitions from day to dusk.

Continue to 2Mount Victoria Lookout (North Shore). This gentle hill offers panoramic, postcard-worthy views of Auckland’s CBD, the harbor, and distant islands — especially striking in the warm evening light.

Next, enjoy a relaxed coastal detour to 3Takapuna Beachfront. Here, volcanic rock formations meet golden sand, creating a peaceful setting to stroll briefly or simply admire Rangitoto Island across the water.

Cross back toward the eastern bays and stop at 4Bastion Point Lookout. Manicured lawns and historic landmarks overlook the harbor, making this an ideal place to capture Auckland bathed in soft twilight tones.
