Pravčická Gate

➜ Pickup and drop-off are included from any centrally located hotel, B&B or apartment in the city area. Your driver will meet you at the selected location and assist you before the s-ride begins.

➜ Airport and port pickups/drop-offs are not included in the standard sightseeing s-ride. If you need one, simply book an additional transfer for seamless service.

➜ Entrance tickets are not included. Your driver can guide you on the best way to book tickets for the attractions you’d like to visit.

Can I customize the tour based on my needs?

Of course, that is one of the main benefits of having a Welcome experience. You can customize every last bit of the experience, from points of visit to time spent per landmark to adding in an extra food stop.

What happens after I book?

Once you complete your booking you will receive a confirmation email. Feel free to reach out to our customer service team at [email protected] for any specific questions regarding your booking.

What is the cancellation policy?

Any cancelation that is requested up to 24 hours prior to the operation time is entitled to a refund of 80%

In case of cancellation in less than 24 hours prior to the operation time or in case of no-show of the customer, you are not eligible for any form of refund.

Will there be an official tour guide?

An official tour guide is not included because the overall experience is centered around the driver and the local’s perspective. Although the drivers are very knowledgeable regarding the points of visit, at no point can they be compared with a licensed tour guide who can give more in depth information regarding historic facts and information. If you would like to include an official tour guide in the experience please let us know via email after the booking is completed.
