Take your time to admire all the archeological findings in the Museum of Pella, where you will be able to make connections between the artefacts and the monuments you visited in the archeological site. In the museum you will also see many beautiful and unique items of Macedonian art, dating back to the 4th century BC.

From the city of Pella, you will then make your way to the original capital of Macedonia, Vergina. Here you can explore the most important remains of the impressive Palace of the Kingdom of Macedonia, complete with extravagant mosaics and lavishly painted stuccoes. In this area, you will also find four extensive burial sites, three of which belonged to the farther of Alexander the Great himself, King Phillip II. The museum of Aigai in Vergina is also a marvel to behold, as it contains the impressive Royal Tombs of King Phillip II of Macedonia. 

After you have absorbed all the historical information from the fascinating museums and archeological sites, you will be taken to the picturesque town of Edessa, where you will have the opportunity to stop off and enjoy a delicious, authentic Greek meal. After you have had a relaxing lunch, you will then head to the Edessa park to marvel at the magical waterfalls. If the weather is nice, you may even want to pick up some snacks from Edessa town and bring them to the waterfall park for a picnic. 

As the day draws to a close, you will head back to your air-conditioned Welcome car and your driver will take you on the quick journey back to Thessaloniki, and drop you safely back at your accommodation.
