2Corinth Canal. Journey time is around 1 hour, and it will take you right along the glittering coastline of the Megara Gulf. Although every aspect of your tour can be changed and personalised, the following itinerary is one we suggest. You will begin your day 4km east of modern Corinth, at the Corinth Canal. This amazing man-made spectacle is 80 meters in depth, 6.3 km long and 23 meters wide, definitely, a site to remember. Head over to the submersible bridge, where you can marvel at the sheer size of the canal, and get some once in a lifetime photos. After an exhilarating morning peering over the edge of the canal, your driver will then take you into the city of the modern Corinth itself. This lovely little city is situated right on the waterfront and has countless cafes and restaurants scattered around the port.
After your break in modern Corinth, you will then head to the historical center of this amazing city, Ancient Corinth.
