He was friendly, very knowledgeable, a great driver and flexible to work with our schedule. He was one of the highlights of our trip - and considering that everything about our trip was great, that says a lot! Honestly, we have talked about that and could not come up with anything that could have made it better. Even the weather was perfect.
It was a great tour! We started late morning from Athens and after a photostop in Corinth Canal we visited Ancient Corinth that was really fashinating! Then, we visited an estate called Palivou for some wine tasting which turned out to be great! We bought a few bottles of wine as well! Exploring the ancient site of Nemea with the amazing temple of Zeus and stadium was enjoyable. John drove us to a village called Agionori where we ate great village style food with wonderful views! So glad we booked this tour with Welcome.Nick is fluent with his English,very well educated when it comes to Greek history and drives at a comfortable speed! Thank you Nick for a wonderful afternoon!
We had a full day tour with Pavlos in August. He arrived on time to pick us up, was courteous, knowledgeable, fun, and efficient. Every minute of our 8 hour private tour was packed with information about Greece and it's people. Even our lunch at a local restaurant included meeting the owner and tasting several of Greek specialties.
Our drier Thodoris was simply phenomenal. Meteora is really a great destination and a must visit when in Greece. Actually, I was looking forward to this for a long time and to choose Welcome paid off.
