Suggested Itinerary

Your day begins with a personal pickup from your hotel or apartment in Lisbon, where your English-speaking driver will outline the suggested route and key attractions worth visiting. As this is a fully personalized sightseeing ride, you can stop at any location you choose and enjoy each place at your preferred pace.

A short drive will take you to the Setúbal Península, a scenic region bordered by the Atlantic Ocean and known for its wine-producing villages. One of the best known is Palmela, a charming area surrounded by hills, vineyards, and open fields, where award-winning Muscat wine is produced. Top-rated wineries such as Quinta do Piloto or Casa da Baía are open for visits and tastings.

Continue to Azeitão, another small town renowned for its wine-making traditions. Here, you can explore attractions including the Gothic Church of São Lourenço, the Fountain of the Stunned, or Quinta das Torres, a former noble estate now operating as a restaurant and tea house. The area’s most notable landmark is the José Maria da Fonseca Cellars and Wine Museum, the oldest table wine company in Portugal and producer of well-known brands like Periquita and Lancers.

If you wish to enjoy the coastline, the Setúbal Península also offers beautiful ocean views and stunning beaches. Your Welcome Driver can take you to one of them, such as Praia do Meco, for a relaxing seaside stop.
