What is the cancellation policy?

Any cancelation that is requested up to 24 hours prior to the operation time is entitled to a refund of 80%

In case of cancellation in less than 24 hours prior to the operation time or in case of no-show of the customer, you are not eligible for any form of refund.

Can i book my pickup from anywhere?

Hey there! Just a quick note: our transfer pickups are set within the city (usually from a Hotel or residential address) to make your journey smoother. But no sweat! If you're arriving at an airport or port, you can book a transfer to the city center and share your transfer number with our support team so that we can combine the two, and we'll ensure a seamless transition to your destination so that you can start a great sightseeing ride. Can I bring my luggage with me?

Yes, you’re absolutely welcome to bring your luggage along during your experience. Just make sure to mention the number of suitcases in the notes section when booking. This helps us assign the right vehicle so everything fits comfortably and there are no issues on the day.
