Escape the hustle and bustle of the capital and enjoy a fully customizable private tour to Figueres with your local driver. After approximately 1.5 hours on the road, you’ll arrive in the town of 2Figueres, birthplace of the renowned surrealist artist Salvador Dalí. You may choose to explore the city center by car or on foot, taking time to experience everyday local life. Among the main landmarks is Sant Ferran Castle, an 18th-century fortress perched on a hill. Once a major military stronghold, it is now recognized as the largest monument in Catalonia. You will also encounter the impressive Gothic Parish Church of St. Peter.

The highlight of your excursion is the iconic 3Salvador Dalí Theatre and Museum. Welcoming around 1.5 million visitors each year, the Dalí Theatre and Museum captivates guests not only with its extraordinary collection of Dalí’s surrealist works but also with its dramatic exterior and interior design. Dalí envisioned the museum as a surreal and theatrical space, and his vision became a reality. Today, visitors admire both the art and the building itself. The artist is also buried here, in a crypt located beneath the stage.

At the end of your enriching visit, your driver will take you back to Barcelona and drop you off at your accommodation.
